Founded in 1974 by Michael Downey, who realized the need to provide effective pest control services for his own properties. Through the years, Mike has organically built one of New York’s finest Pest Control companies, priding himself on quality of work, reliability and client satisfaction. His tireless efforts in servicing customers, integrity and industry knowledge are just some of the reasons the majority of clients have been so loyal, including his staff.
In 2009 Mike was joined by his son, John, also a certified applicator, who has immersed himself in the industry and has been responsible for the business development, client relations and managing the day-to-day business. John has implemented new initiatives and protocols for specialty services such as bed bug treatments, compactor and chute cleaning services and the development of industry leading service reports incorporating pictures and diagrams of all special services, a level of transparency that is unmatched.

All of our technicians have been carefully screened through a lengthy interview process and background check, and once hired, they undergo extensive and ongoing training to ensure industry best practices and most of all, safety.
